Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll Senior Analyst - EC - ECPY

We are looking for a SAP Payroll and Employee Central Analyst to work on the design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions. These solutions are specifically for the HR and Payroll functions and there will be a focus on Employee Central Payroll. An understanding of the legal and HR requirements for payroll processes in the UK and US will help along side strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll. Being Employee Central Payroll certified is essential for this role.

Key Requirements

Configure Employee Central and Employee Central Time, Employee Central Payroll for all enhancements and ongoing initiatives on the Employee Central workstreams to contribute to the overall project success

Good understanding of Payroll Business principles

Extensive experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Time and Employee Central Payroll

Design, configure and maintain all SAP payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, limit on deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers, off-cycle activity, third-party remittance, posting to accounting, accruals, tax structure, BSI, garnishments and reporting.

Experience working on Union Payroll Configuration

This is a senior position which will play a key part in delivering a business-critical SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll project for the business. The company offers flexible working and a bonus structure typical of a well performing financial services business.
