Business Intelligence and Data Lead/SME/Service Delivery Manager
The primary purpose of this role is to drive the development and integration of systems that gather appropriate data and provide the High Quality Business Intelligence that this organisation thrives upon.
You should have a strong Business Intelligence background, including strong technical skills and the ability to manage the design, development, integration and support of systems, especially with Power Platforms.
Your responsibilities will encompass effective management of all service partners, including the assessment and prioritisation of work packages to ensure timely and successful deliveries
This is a pivotal role in ensuring that this organisation is supported in reporting and utilising internally developed products, that make sense of the data produced within the company. This includes ensuring a seamless alignment between development, data, and the broader IT Strategy, whilst also overseeing technical deliveries with a keen eye for detail.
The ideal candidate will:
- Lead cross-functional teams to the successful delivery of projects
- Promote adoption of Power Platform tools
- Assess, prioritise, and assign work to appropriate partners or resources
- Lead the delivery of Data delivery and Automation Streams, driving process improvements
- Have experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and fostering collaboration between teams
- Proven ability to navigate and deliver IT services within medium/large organisations
- Demonstrate experience in providing clear and concise reports to board level stakeholders

This role will be a hybrid role with the majority of time working remotely but occasional visits to offices around the country required. Office locations are varied, so we will consider applications form candidates living anywhere in the UK.
