Payroll Consultant (Oracle Cloud) (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £550 - £575 per day
Gibbs Hybrid require an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant to work with a world leading IT services contractor. The successful candidate will be working on a government contract, so prior public sector/government experience is imperative.
Day rate: Up to £575 per day (inside)
Location: Role is remote, but you may be required to travel to the base location in Edinburgh, or other client locations across the UK
Length of contract: 6 months initial contract
Key Requirements and Skills:
Experience with Fusion Core HR and Absence: Demonstrated experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Core HR and Absence modules.
Understanding of Assignment FTE: Knowledge of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) calculations and assignment management within Oracle Fusion.
Knowledge of Positions Data and Setup: Proficiency in managing positions data and setup within Oracle Fusion.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to support payroll and HR processes.
Understanding of Data Migration using HDL: Familiarity with using HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration within Oracle Fusion.
Knowledge on Absence Entitlements: Understanding of absence entitlements and configurations in Oracle Fusion.
Work Schedules and Patterns: Hands-on experience in creating and managing work schedules and patterns within Oracle Fusion.
Experience with Large-Scale Implementations: Previous involvement in large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Understanding of Payroll Impact: Awareness of how absences impact payroll processing and calculations.
Optional Skills:
Knowledge of Payroll Elements: Familiarity with payroll elements and configurations in Oracle Fusion.
Running Quick Pay and Validating Results: Experience in executing quick pay processes and validating payroll results.
Experience in HCM Data Loader: Proficiency in using HCM Data Loader for data loading tasks in Oracle Fusion HCM.
