Test Manager - Operational Testing, Transportation, Railway

• Up to £530 per day
• 6-month contract - (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)
• Hybrid/London (1 day a week onsite)

My client is a major IT consultancy firm, based in London, who are currently delivering a vital piece of work into a client in the public sector. This role will require eligibility for BPSS clearance to be granted and the ability to go into the office 1 day a week.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working as a Test Manager, working at a programme level.
• Knowledge of Operational Testing
• Able to collaborate with the Programme Manager to provide testing oversight for the Operational Business Systems and Services as well End State IT and Interfaces workstreams.
• Confident ensuring alignment with the overall programme goals and objectives
• Comfortable working closely with the Test team to define Test strategy.
• Hands-on experience developing comprehensive test plans.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and objectives.
• Effective Stakeholder Management, facilitating communication between test teams and other stakeholders.
• Ability to conduct relevant testing activities to support the project delivery.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on testing progress, issues and outcomes.
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance

• Knowledge of Data Architectures and systems within Railway/Transportation/Construction
• Immediately available
