Network Provisioning Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid Working

Hamilton Barnes are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join a prominent Cisco Gold Partner as a Network Provisioning Engineer. As part of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in providing Network, UC and VoIP support

This role offers a 6-month contract with the scope for extension, providing you with the chance to make significant contributions to a market-leading client's. Located in a Liverpool office just a stones throw away from the city center, you will have the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

What you will Ideally Bring:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Network, Telephony and VoIP Supported
  • Strong technical prowess in Fault diagnosis, ticket handling and provisioning kit for customers
  • Extensive experience with troubleshooting network aspects such as Landlines, Broadband and Fibre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network infrastructure, telephony systems, and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services.
  • Identifying and diagnosing faults or problems within the network. analysing logs, monitoring tools, and working with users to understand and resolve issues.
  • Responding to support tickets, either raised by users or generated through monitoring systems, and ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Resolving connectivity issues related to network devices, telephony systems, or VoIP services.
  • Assisting in the setup, testing and provisioning of network equipment, telephony systems, and VoIP services for customers

Overall, the Network Provisioning Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's network infrastructure, telephony systems, and VoIP services, by addressing technical issues, implementing solutions, and providing support to end-users.

  • Duration: 6 months (View to Extension)
  • Day Rate: Up to £275 Per Day (Inside IR35)
  • Location: Hybrid - Liverpool/2-3 days a week
