Harvey Nash is working exclusively with an organisation who are looking for a Project Training Lead.
- We are looking for someone to own and manage the training delivery plan, pioneering a new approach to training delivery for change projects at the organisation.
- This will include system based training involved in using the CRM system itself, but crucially will align this will customer service training and other fundamental requirements for the role including data protection awareness.
- You will plan and deliver a bespoke package of training to enable our teams to deliver excellent customer service utilising new tools within Microsoft Dynamics.
