*Job Title: Expat Support Administrator*

*Location:* London, UK Canary Wharf

Hybrid part time role- 3 days a week

Permanent Salary £24,000

We are now seeking a dedicated Expat Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and help support our expat clients through their entire relocation process.

*Position Overview:*

As an Expat Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our expatriate clients with their relocation to and from the UK. You will provide comprehensive support, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them to settle in their new environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in expat support and relocation services.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage the end-to-end relocation process for expat clients, including pre-departure preparations, arrival coordination, and post-arrival support.

- Assist with visa applications, work permits, and other necessary documentation.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate housing, schooling, and other essential services for expats and their families.

- Provide guidance on cultural adaptation, local customs, and community resources.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all relocation activities and client interactions.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns expats may have during their relocation and settling-in period.

- Organize orientation sessions and welcome events for new arrivals.

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and relocation policies that may impact our clients.

*Qualifications:*

- Proven experience in expat support, relocation services, or a related field.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- A proactive and empathetic approach to client service.
