Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in business change management, banking and financial experience, and expertise in COTS products as well as data modernization/transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing organization business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives that drive transformation and optimize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading business change initiatives and will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of our organization's current business processes, systems, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and determine objectives for transformation projects.
• Utilize various analytical techniques such as process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Perform impact analysis to determine the potential effects of proposed changes on business operations.

• Lead business change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, change planning, and communication strategies.
• Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the transformation projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and change transition.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making recommendations for improvement as necessary.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders in managing resistance to change and navigating through change.

• Lead and support the implementation of strategic transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Work closely with project teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
• Analyze and report on project outcomes, including key performance indicators, success metrics, and lessons learned for future improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience in leading business change management initiatives in transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Proficient in using business analysis software and tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
