Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client who is a consultancy, looking to recruit a Change Manager on an initial 12 month contract.

This will be a hybrid role with offices being located in Leatherhead

This is an excelled role for someone who has experience as a Change Manager working on Microsoft Dynamics projects and full scope ERP implementation. The client are looking for a dynamic and experienced Change & Training Lead to join their team and play a crucial role in a global D365 implementation. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of change management and training, ensuring a smooth transition for their diverse global workforce.

Experience required:

  • Change Management
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Full scope ERP implementation for an international business
  • Extensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience - design, development, deployment, customisation
  • Azure DevOps/Power BI
  • Microsoft Power Platform - PowerApp, Power Automate, Power Portal
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is highly desirable
