Application Support Team Lead - Hybrid Surrey - inside IR35 (Contract)
Location: Surrey Country: UK Rate: £525 a day
Applications support team lead, software, development, hybrid working, surrey, 3 days on site, inside IR35, 6 month contract role - £525 per day
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years working in a service desk environment
- 3+ years working in a team leader or supervisory capacity
- Experience supporting complex software for a diverse internal customer base
- Extensive experience of fault determination in complex mobile and cloud based web apps (azure and AWS)
- Experience of interpreting functional specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical through to highly technical audiences
- Experience using SQL to determine the source of faults
- Understanding of testing best practices
- Experience of being part of an Agile development department
