Position: Programme Support Officer

Location: London - Flexible (twice a month)

Salary: £33,830 - £37,589 + benefits

About the Role

As a Programme Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of various interesting programmes and projects that enhance healthcare regulation and patient care. Your organisational and administrative skills will be vital in ensuring that the programmes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of programme activities
  • Maintain comprehensive programme documentation and records
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Monitor programme progress and update stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minute-taking

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a programme support or administrative role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment
  • Excellent minute taking skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
