Our client a gloabl business are looking for a Data Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's data management and insights strategy. Manage a small team, You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure effective utilisation of data assets, drive informed decision-making, and enhance overall business performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Strategy Development:

   • Develop and implement a robust data strategy aligned with business objectives.
   • Define data governance policies, data quality standards, and best practices.

2. Data Management:

   • Oversee the company's data warehouse, which includes Azure, Power BI, and SQL.
   • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
   • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.

3. Insights and Reporting:

   • Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their data needs.
   • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
   • Create reports and dashboards using Power BI or other relevant tools.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Communicate data strategy and insights effectively to senior leadership.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

5. Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (eg, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science).
• Proven experience as a Data Strategy Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
• ideally worked in a B2B market.
