Data Control Specialist (Contract)

Location: Nailsea Country: UK Rate: £25 per hour Inside
 

iO Associates is looking for a Data Control Specialist to work with a company that has a strong position in the markets for artificial lift, specialized chemicals, and completions, and which is a world leader in oilfield services and equipment.

You will be responsible for entering and updating product data into official repositories or business software databases maintained by PL. Ensuring the accuracy of data input into MRBs (Manufacturers Record Books) is crucial, as this information will be used for final product data books, specifications, and certificates of analysis for manufacturers and customers.

Job type: 6 months Contract (Possible extension)

Pay Rate - £25 per hour Inside.

Required:

  • Demonstrate understanding of Manufacturing Processes. Ideally, an Oil & Gas background will be beneficial.
  • Responsible for data review and completeness of all records and operations reviewed.
  • In charge of compiling data books and product specifications and ensuring their accuracy before uploading them to the repository system or giving them to the customer's inspector or representative to check before the product is assembled or released.
  • Responsible for quality audits, material review boards, kaizens, or root cause analysis.
  • Ability to understand the Bill of Materials, relevant materials certifications, and specifications.
  • Hand-om experience with management system databases and systems (SAP, Oracle BHOS, Agility, LIMS, etc)
