ServiceNOW consultant - 6 months Inside IR35 £550-650 a day - Edinburgh or Glasgow

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit a ServiceNOW consultant for a minimum 6-month period, this role will be based onsite in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

You will receive a daily rate of between £550-650 a day and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.

Working in a small multi disciplined team, this role focuses on improving the ServiceNOW service and reporting environment, relative to Remote Access Requests and introduction of a reporting dashboard, NIS CMDB Process and NIS Reporting.

I would love to hear from Scotland based consultants who have ServiceNOW implementation experience and experience and skills including;

• Accreditation covering the Vancouver release
• ITSM - CMDB - IT Assets with OT Attributes, etc, Dashboards and Notifications review
• REST/SOAP Integrations
• Good knowledge of Reporting & Performance Analytics and Power BI integration and Data Lake Sync
• It would also be beneficial to have OTSM skills including, OT CMDB, OT Incident, OT Change, OT Problem - TBC
