Job Title: CRO QA Tester
Location: UK Remote
Salary/Rate: £475 Inside IR35
Start Date: 1st May 2024
Job Type: 9 week Contract extending until the end of the year.

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled CRO QA Tester to join them on a initial 9 week contract

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and issues on newly developed experimentation campaigns as well as confirming the stability of established systems. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

1. Create test scenarios to validate experiments from a technical and user perspective
2. Provide excellent 2nd and 3rd line support of escalated issues and taking corrective action.
3. Drive the test (manual and automation where possible) processes, escalating issues to the senior management team.
4. Ownership of multiple projects and be pro-active in managing them end to end.
5. Contribute to the DevOps roadmap, using continual improvement to deliver best in class solutions
6. Capacity management of all apps/services/tooling
7. Sign off A/B, multivariant and personalisation campaigns on Analytics/Audience level
8. Provide on call support for all P1 and P2 incidents

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Understand the concept of AB testing and MVT
2. Experience testing in a 'web' environment with Angular/Java/HTML/CSS/CMS's etc
3. Experience testing Scripting in JS/Python/Ruby/Perl
4. Experience with Jira, OpsGenie, PagerDuty, Jira Service Desk or similar tools
5. Experience in securing apps/platforms/tooling
6. Demonstrable experience of process automation
7. Proficient with Enterprise CI/CD pipelines
8. Experience with Enterprise and open source monitoring tools such as Splunk/ELK, Truesight, Dynatrace etc
