Test Analyst (SIT), £250 per day inside IR35

6 months initially, Birmingham & Remote Working

Bench IT require an experienced Software Integration Test Analyst to join a large organisation to assist them with a project performing the responsibilities included below.

The successful Test Analyst should have the skills and experience included below.

Please note: this role is working 2 days per week onsite in Birmingham which is mandatory.

Responsibilities of Test Analyst:

  • The ability to understand and analyse technical documentation and have an awareness of quality requirements for software development projects
  • Strong Software Integration Testing experience (SIT)
  • ISEB/ISTQB
  • Reporting, logging, tracking and managing defects in Azure Dev Ops
  • Translate functional requirements and specifications into detailed test cases
  • Writing your own Test Plans and Status Reports
  • Running daily triages during test execution phase
  • Perform manual testing for a range of software products
  • Document test strategy and approach
  • Execute test cases and analyse results
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle
  • Identify and escalate any risks and issues where appropriate
