SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect who is a SME on Payroll, is required to join a leading global brand who are delivering SAP Payroll implementations across the United Kingdom.
This is a permanent position offering an excellent salary, very generous bonus and benefits package along with a hybrid working model.
Key deliverables of the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Architect: - Design and deployment of a new SAP Payroll solution
- Global template governance of the SAP Payroll solution
- Gravitas, experience and knowledge to drive respect and trust from C-level stakeholders
- Run customer workshops - gather business requirements
- Review functional specifications for solution design
- Lead a team of SAP Payroll Consultants
- Major contributor to the progress of the SAP Payroll solution, making key design and delivery decisions
- Roll out the SAP Payroll Solution
- Perform quality assurance for project deliverables
- Go live support and hyper care
- Oversee testing and training
Key Criteria for the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Architect: - Proven experience building SAP Payroll solutions and deploying them across the UK
- SAP Payroll Solution Architecture experience, proven experience designing highly complex solutions
- Broad knowledge of SAP Payroll
- Experience with UK Payroll is essential - further countries is a bonus
- C-level stakeholder management skills
- Strong functional skills - the hands on ability to configure SAP Payroll solutions
- Experience working with and managing consultants for SAP Payroll
- Excellent communication skills in English
