Salary: £60,000
Location: 3 days a week in Zone 1 central London

Role: UX Designer/Product Designer
We are searching for a User Experience Designer (UX)/Product Designer with experience in service design, user experience and interface design, who has ideally worked on consumer apps or websites as well as public services.
The client is a leading healthcare organisation that are building one of the most exciting projects in the industry.

Responsibilities:
You will lead a team of designers, ensuring they're supported in the work they're performing on a day-to-day
You will oversee experience, product, and interaction design
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand wider business goals
Requirements:
5+ years' experience leading service/UX design teams
Experience working on consumer apps & mobile websites.
Proficient with a variety of prototyping and wireframing tools, for example Sketch, InVision, and/or Figma
Examples of user testing, research and product optimisation
