Country Director - Digital & Technology Services - Engineering

They are seeking Country Directors with a proven track record in Digital & Technology services in Engineering.

Ideal candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications and expertise:

• A proven track record working as a Country Director or similar role.
• Proven track record in executive-level client management and service delivery
• Ability to drive strategic planning and execution, delivering results against targets.
• Prior experience working within a leading Systems Integrator/Management Consulting/IT Services firms and collaborating with Engineering clients.
• Prior experience working with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow out businesses.
• Skilled in change management and fostering intra-organizational relationships.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting and planning.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid educational background with a BSc, MSc or PhD degree.
• SC clearance is a MUST

Package: £140,000 - £150,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
