Manufacturing Bid Lead (Part-time available) (Permanent)
Location: Bolton Country: UK Rate: £45k - £50k per annum + Paid Overtime & Company Bonus
 

Position Available: Manufacturing Bid Lead (Option for part time)
Location: Bolton (Hybrid) & Dynamic Working Hours
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Paid Overtime & Company Bonus & Very Good Pension Package
Experience needed: Experience of leading bids in a manufacturing environment, working with stakeholders and being accountable, and deploying continuous improvement across the manufacturing process.

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Bid Lead to work in our team who work on our team to:

  • Generate manufacturing bids and lead the bid process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Developing and improving manufacturing processes with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Ensure effective process governance and adhere to all policies and procedures.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be a big plus in this role.
  • A demonstrated background in bid management, bid generation and/or similar roles.
  • A process and continuous improvement driven background and attitude
