Business Change Manager (Contract)

Location: London or Birmingham - 2 days a week  Country: UK Rate: £650 per day Inside IR35
 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Supports projects with high strategic impact, setting a strategy that can be used in the long term and across the breadth of the organisation.
  • Communicates with a broad range of senior stakeholders and be responsible for defining the vision, principles and strategy for business change.
  • Builds the Change Strategy to ensure maximum benefit is derived from the programme delivery
  • Delivers the Change Plan across the Agency accounting for business capacity and the most efficient route to train once, rather than many times.
  • Builds relationships across all levels of the organisation and influences important business decisions relating to managing and embedding change
  • Research, identify, validate and adopt new ways of working or practices to embed change in an efficient and repeatable way
  • Is the senior representative of the Evolve programme on Leadership teams across the Agency, championing the programme and keeping all key stakeholders informed

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in shaping and delivering change programmes
  • Experience in working with technology teams to deliver major systems changes, including transition be-tween systems
  • Experience in developing and delivering training and communication plans with relevant experts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
  • Experience using standard techniques for great effect in changes: Project planning, Business Model Change, Stakeholder Mapping, Process Mapping, Training needs analysis and RAID Logs with relevant mitigations and
  • Able to prioritise and manage a large number of tasks simultaneously and deliver to expectations.
  • Able to escalate to Sponsor and senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Experience creating process maps to aid with user adoption.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.

  • Business Change experience/Has been a Business Change Manager for around 5+ years
  • Business change qualification
  • Experience in system transformation
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 desirable
  • Digital and process transformation
  • Managing Comms and engagement
  • Managing Key Stakeholders
