HR Generalist (Workday) (Contract)

Location: Remote  Country: UK Rate: £364 a day INSIDE
 

The People Services Generalist will help promote career development, accountability, communication and transparency within Collaborative Solutions. This individual will be a valuable resource to employees and leaders, and act as a thought partner on people related matters to ensure fair and consistent interpretations and application of HR policies. This individual will help the organization ensure the team has support, training and processes that are needed to drive our award-winning company.

Support all HR employee life cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding and uses Workday proficiently.

Administer applications process for travel visas and work permits as needed for both delivery and internal employees. Coordinates with 3rd party attorneys.

Administers Leave of Absence and Disability policies for employees, serving as the main contact for all communications with the employee and affected departmental stakeholders, affected benefits providers, and the appropriate certifying entity.

Administers company policy in accordance with each country's legal requirements.

Experience with UK&I laws and labour practices essential.

Understands and manages reporting requirements for each country.

Manages employee relations including working with managers to improve performance of team members, take necessary disciplinary accounts, and resolve employee grievances.

Learns company benefits offerings and an internal subject matter expert on all offered benefit programs.

Liaisons to appropriate benefits vendors.

Coordinates with HR team in other regions of the company.

Manages ad hoc projects as assigned.

Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels concerning workplace policies, practices and procedures using company's ticketing system.

Fields and promptly respond to employee concerns and complaints, providing timely appropriate resolution.

Manage day to day work activities in workday system.

Coordinate with IT, legal, and 3rd party vendors as required.

Complete tasks as assigned by leader.
