ServiceNow ITOM Architect SME - £850PD - (Inside IR35) - Watford/Hybrid

I am currently working with a leading technology operator in the gambling field who are urgently looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Architect SME to join the business. They are looking for a real ITOM SME to support a number of programmes across ServiceNow.

Key Objectives:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including monitoring & alerting, configuration, and integration, to enhance the efficiency and performance of IT operations.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow platform to align with specific needs and objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and tools.
  • Provide expertise in AppDynamics and AWS integration to enhance monitoring capabilities and optimize resource utilization in cloud environments.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to empower clients and internal teams with best practices in ServiceNow ITOM.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in this domain and must have come from an IT Operational Background
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow ITOM ideally design; configuration and onboarding/integration.
  • Must have experience of Technical Authoring including but not limited to creation of Low-Level Designs
  • Must have a strong Python development skills
  • Must have experience working with 3rd party RESTful APIs as well as OAuth2
  • Must have strong experience with AWS infrastructure, including experience with Terraform and Ansible
  • Must have experience of migrating from/to new monitoring systems including re-integration.
  • Must have worked with one or more of the following tools.Sensu (Nagios as a fallback), Grafana, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
