Your new role
Our client is seeking a skilled Test Automation Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API testing, experience with automation tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of automation engineers to create and maintain automated tests for API testing
• Develop and execute strategies for automated testing, including regression, functional, and load testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure test automation is integrated into the development process
• Continually evaluate and improve test automation processes and tools
• Set up an automation framework from scratch.
• Work with project managers to ensure that testing milestones are met and that testing aligns with project timelines
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of automated testing efforts

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience with automation tools
• Experience with Ranorex is desired but essential.
• Experience in setting up automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing a team of automation engineers

What you'll get in return
You will get a contract role paying up to £450 per day, Milton Keynes based with hybrid working on offer. The IR35 status is also to be confirmed.
