Business Change Manager (Permanent)

Location: West Midlands Country: UK Rate: £60k - £70k per annum
 

One of our leading PLC clients is looking for a Business Programme & Change Manager to lead all related business change management activities to support a tech-driven TOM change agenda.

Role: Business Change & Adoption Manager

Salary: £60k - £70k depending on experience

Location: 2 days a week in a Midlands office

Hiring Manager describes the role as:

"We are seeking a Business Change & Adoption Manager who responsible for ensuring all new capabilities and benefits delivered by projects, from identification through to realisation, are successfully Embedded into the business through change management best practice.

We are currently undergoing a significant company-wide target operating model change, that will be predominantly tech-driven.

As the Business Change Manager, you will be a critical part of a high performing team, responsible for all Business Change Management activities alongside ensuring services are fit for purpose when transitioning to BAU. We are also looking for someone who can drive best practice across the change and IT function."

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end business engagement, change management and communication life cycles across a range of projects.
  • Implementing a best practice benefits & change management framework, identifying the actions needed to optimise the business impact of individual and combined benefits
  • Continuous/Process improvement - Creating new and innovative approaches to performing business change management activities
  • Plan and manage business situation analysis, establishing the investigative approach framework to define recommendations for improvements
  • Lead the defining, evaluating and describing of business change options for financial, technical and business feasibility, ensuring they align to the businesses strategic vision

Key requirements:

  • In-depth experience leading and driving end-to-end change management life cycles across a portfolio of projects
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies with a hands-on understanding of project management methodologies - agile and waterfall, IT quality assurance, risk management, and transition to support approaches
  • Industry recognised relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe etc
  • Experience in leading or working in cross-functional teams and managing complex change initiatives
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills, able to engage and train stakeholders at all levels of the business

This is a permanent opportunity, with 2 days a week travel required to a Midlands location.
