Our client are a top tier consultancy looking for a FullStack Developer with Active Security clearance to come in and join the team on a 6 months contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using React-Node as the primary Front End technology and Java-SpringBoot as the Back End framework.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
5. Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between Front End and Back End systems.
6. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to production systems.
8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in web development, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance product quality and performance.
9. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
10. Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. (Preferred)
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a very strong React-Node primary skillset, with a minimum of [X years] of hands-on experience.
3. Proficiency in React.js and Node.js for building interactive, single-page web applications.
4. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related Front End technologies and frameworks.
5. Experience with Java and SpringBoot for developing scalable, enterprise-grade Back End applications.
6. Familiarity with RESTful API design and development, including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
7. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in agile teams.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
10. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in web development.
