LIMS Support Engineer (Contract)

Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Engineer - Contract
I am looking for a LIMS Engineer to assist a client of mine on a contract basis - you will be required to attend sites across Manchester, Leeds & Sheffield, 2-3 days per week.
- ULTRA and supporting applications (IM, Phoenixsoft, Consultant Portal) are installed and accessible
- ULTRA can print to site printers
- Label printers are configured to ULTRA. Any experience with Zebra label printers beneficial.
- Barcode scanners are configured to ULTRA
- Barcode scanners are installed at all Wellbeing/Corp/Medical centres that will be using ULTRA
- Configure all analysers to point to the new Instrument Manager. Any experience with Lab analysers beneficial.
- Complete pre-cut over technical site audits
- Provide technical support for Testing phase (Analyser testing & cut over testing)
- Technical troubleshooting
- Support Training tech requirement ie Setup training rooms with training hardware where required
- Create/manage technical knowledge-based articles/how to guides for each element of the ULTRA tech environment ie how to configure a label printer to ULTRA
- Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise network setup and terminology
