Network Cloud Architect - 6 Month Contract - Hybrid

Position: Network Cloud Architect
Duration: 6 months
Commencement Date: ASAP
Location: Luton - Hybrid
Compensation: £500 - £600 per day
Determination: Inside IR35

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of preparing and upholding technical architecture.
  • Ensure that designs fulfil the non-functional requisites of our Hosting Strategy.
  • Develop and document technical solutions.
  • Be involved with AWS Networking Products such as Amazon VPC, Amazon Route 53 and AWS Transit Gateway
  • Aid in AWS cloud migrations and deployments while ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint avenues for enhancing business value.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Firewall technologies like Cisco ASA and Palo Alto
  • Responsible for enhancing and fine-tuning large-scale, intricate, high-performance networks.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Routing and Switching technologies and protocols.
  • Experience with GitHub and Terraform
  • Experience with AWS Networking Products such as Amazon VPC, Amazon Route 53 and AWS Transit Gateway
  • Experience in Cloud Networking, particularly AWS.
  • Thorough understanding of Routing and Switching technologies and protocols.
  • Scripting on AWS Cloud environments
  • Relevant certifications are considered advantageous.
