An international market leading hospitality technology company with a stunning city centre office in Edinburgh is looking to expand their team. The company promotes innovation, culture and progression;

We are looking for an Edinburgh based Payroll Specialist initially to cover maternity leave.

About the Role
As the Payroll Specialist you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and Finance staff.

The main responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist will include:

  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions.
  • Process tax and supplier payments.
  • Support Management Accountant with month end procedures.
About you:
  • Experience processing UK payroll essential.
  • Bookkeeping/financial processing experience desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Xero payroll highly desirable.
  • Experience of working within finance team preferable.
