Location: Warrington, Cheshire, England Country: UK Rate: £160 per day
 

Desktop Engineer - £160/day Inside IR35 - 2-month Contract - Warrington (SCC FLEX CONTRACT)

We're seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of building and maintaining Windows 10/11 devices, utilizing your expertise in SCCM and Microsoft technologies to ensure seamless operations and support.

Your Responsibilities as the Desktop Engineer:

  • Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 devices using SCCM, occasionally USB methods.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft software, including Office 365 and standard client applications.
  • Provide support for managed print services and mobile device management.
  • Conduct hardware break-fix fault finding and resolution to keep client systems running.

As the suitable Desktop Engineer, you will have:

  • Solid experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining devices via SCCM.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software, including Office 365.
  • Familiarity with managed print services and MDM.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform break-fix fault finding.
