In this exciting role as a Capability Manager - Learning Operations, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive the engagement and communication of capability development across the organisation, utilising various channels to promote learning opportunities.
- Curate learning resources aligned with capability strategies, ensuring frequent learning opportunities for the entire organisation.
- Take ownership of end-to-end learning coordination activities, including the management of the functional learning calendar, engagement with subject matter experts and vendors, attendance management, and learning feedback collection and analysis.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), providing expertise and guidance on its best use to develop functional professional curriculums and optimise the learner experience.
- Build and manage learning products, including product delivery, self-serve product design, and collaboration with external providers.
- Work collaboratively with the Communication and Engagement team to enhance the functional onboarding experience, creating a personalised and holistic user journey.
We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual who possesses:
- Previous experience in learning and development, ideally within a pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of learning platforms and systems, with experience in LMS management.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences.
