SuccessFactors Integrations specialist/Lead/Subject Matter Expert

SuccessFactors Integrations specialist/Lead required by one of our clients.

As the Integrations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems, particularly focusing on SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Must Have' skills and experience include:

  • Proven SuccessFactors Integration Lead global experience in previous roles.
  • Expertise in contributing to the efficient flow of data, process automation, and overall system integration.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
  • Expertise in be able to configure and maintain integration points, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes, including mapping specifications, data flows, and error handling procedures.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on integration-related topics.

The role is Outside of IR35 and will be mainly remote with some need to travel to London Office/month. Further details shared on application.
