SQL/BI Developer - T-SQL/ETL/SSIS/Power BI

SQL/BI Developer - T-SQL/ETL/SSIS/Power BIis required to join a leading independent regulator on a permanent basis. Working once a month from their modern and trendy office in Central London, they are Looking for a SQL/BI Developer with solid Back End MS SQL Server database management and TSQL querying capabilities. Proven experience developing and maintaining ETL packages/pipelines (preferably SSIS) and reports and dashboards in Power BI is also required for the SQL/BI Developer role.

The SQL/BI Developer responsibilities on a day to day basis will range from working with key stakeholders on urgent and complex SQL data management requests. This will include management of their on-premise SQL Server Databases, managing ETL workflows for data integration using SSIS and the design and maintenance of operational and strategic reporting dashboards in Power BI.

The SQL/BI Developer will have the following skills:

• Proven experience in a similar SQL/Business Intelligence development capacity;
• Two plus years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server;
• Minimum of two years' experience querying with TSQL;
• ETL experience, preferably with SSIS;
• Report and Dashboard development experience, preferably with Power BI but SSRS and Tableau may also be considered;
• Knowledge of data warehousing architectures, Kimball/Inmon methodology (Beneficial).

A basic salary between £38,000 - £48,000 is on offer for the right SQL Developer depending on your level of experience and technical skill set.
