Graduate/Junior C++ Software Engineer required by a successful, expanding company located in Southampton. Due to continued growth the company now requires an enthusiastic Graduate/Junior C++ Software Engineer to join their highly skilled existing C++ software engineering team.

Hybrid working - two days per week in the office. Option to work in the office more if preferred.

The successful Graduate/Junior C++ Software Engineer is likely to have a degree in a relevant discipline - ideally Computer Science, Computing or the like - and should have some knowledge of programming C++ on Windows.

The role would suit a graduate looking for their first role in industry or a Software Engineer with a year or so's experience looking for a new challenge in a complex, data driven technical environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Junior C++ Software Engineer to join exciting engineering company offering the chance for extensive technical training.

Key experience

- Degree in Computer Science or similar subject

- Object Oriented programming

- C++ or similar language

Experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite

- SQL

- Python

- STL
