Type: Up to 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: West London
Working Pattern: 5 Days In-Office Per Week
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic Per Annum Depending on Experience

Stott and May are in partnership with a renowned client, who are seeking an experienced Data Centre Electrician to join a team in West London.

About the Role:
As a Data Centre Electrician, you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within the data centre facilities. They are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a dedication to upholding the safety and reliability of the electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations to minimise accidents and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including engineers and technicians, to optimise electrical system performance.

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience working in the UK (due to background checks for sensitive data).
  • Previous experience in a Data Centre and/or Critical Environments (CE)
  • Proficiency with UPS, LV, HV, PDU's, Generators, and CRAC units.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Formal electrical qualification required.
