Investigo's major client is currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with experience working as part of large infrastructure programme, including SD-WAN, Storage and Apps migration to the cloud in Azure. Hybrid contract required to be in Reading 1 or 2 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and governance for the delivery and implementation of infrastructure programmes.
• Set up and deliver objectives, timelines and dependencies providing clear reports and
• Take the high level project approach and plan, and break down into detailed plans, dependencies, risks, issues understanding each component of the project and resources and budget required to complete the project
• Create and maintain the following documents on a weekly basis understanding all the key steps and requirements
• Detailed Project Plan, RAID Log, Change Log, Dependency Log
• Mapping out key stakeholders and their accountability as part of a RACI Matrix
• Liaison with key stakeholders, 3rd parties, to communicate the plan deliverables, remove roadblocks and escalate to leadership when required.
• Owns and executes the programme communications plan to third parties all stakeholders, technology teams across the business with support of change management colleagues

Key skills

• Experience of managing complex infrastructure programmes for 6+ years
• Strong experience of full life cycle Project management
• Excellent knowledge of SD-WAN
• Apps migration experience - particularly to Azure.
• Experience in Storage - IBM P Series.
• Strong experience working with governance frameworks and stage gating processes
• Must possess good time management, problem solving skills and communication skills.
• High level of documentation skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with co-workers, managers and colleagues within the business.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment
