The Opportunity:

To manage and motivate a team of individuals to deliver the required standards of service.

You'll be managing:

  • Team SLA's including turnaround times and quality (eg presentation, accuracy, completeness)
  • Staff motivation, morale and satisfaction
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Staff turnover
  • Legal compliance
  • Team working and project participation.
  • Cost management (where appropriate).
  • Delivery of specific projects and tasks in line with prescribed timescales and measures
  • Evidence of personal continuous improvement and driving continuous improvement within the team and wider area
  • Regulatory testing.

You should apply if you:

  • Have a proven track record of being strong team player/leader with a positive experience within a customer facing environment in the Financial Service sector.
  • Have strong communication skills, professional telephone manner and ability to effectively execute on the above duties, in both written and verbal form.
  • Have analytical skills and an ability to assimilate new information quickly and adaptable to change as well as to identify, support and drive improvement opportunities.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, and can demonstrate a helpful, can-do and service-oriented outlook, with the ability to work under.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, result-oriented and have an ability to stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty.
