Seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager (Salesforce).

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical CRM programme workstreams. Work alongside senior stakeholders managing a multi-million-pound budget.

You'll develop customised implementation plans per business unit, focusing on accelerating benefits. Build and monitor plans to meet milestones on time/budget. Identify KPIs to gauge workstream health. Manage dependencies, risks, issues with timely escalation.

Oversee delivery of core builds, integrations, migrations across teams. Drive System Integrator/direct hires collaboration. Manage data migration from CX to Salesforce. Establish communication channels and transition to BAU. Set up project tools/logistics.

Must have:

• Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
• Oracle CX to SFDC migration experience.
• Experience in data migrations with GDPR considerations.
• Fantastic communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong end-to-end application system deployment expertise.
• Positive client skills matched with proactive hands on drive
