Data Manager (Salesforce) (Contract)
Location: TBD, likely hybrid in South East Country: UK Rate: c. £550-575 outside IR35
Seeking a talented Data Manager to spearhead an effective data strategy for our critical CRM transformation program. You'll oversee the transition from Oracle CX to Salesforce while concurrently integrating Salesforce with our multiple Legacy systems.
To lead Master Data Management - develop governance policies, define standards, implement quality monitoring processes. To drive Data Migration - craft strategy, map/cleanse/transform data across systems, oversee testing and documentation. To ensure data compliance, security, and GDPR considerations.
To manage stakeholder communication, drive issue resolution, and promote cross-functional collaboration to align data requirements with project objectives. To oversee vendor management for external data consultants and provide training and post-implementation support.
To handle project planning and reporting for data workstreams, identify risks, and carry out mitigation while continuously improving processes based on feedback.
Must have:
- Expertise in Master Data Management and Data Migration for CRM/ERP consolidations.
- Strong data governance, quality assurance, and compliance knowledge.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional data initiatives.
