Data Analyst - (Reporting)

A global leader in high technology manufacturing/services are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the growth and success across their data projects and processes. The Data Analyst role with cover strategic insights, data analysis and reporting, while also transforming complex datasets into comrehensive reports and insights using a range of toolsets.

The right person for the role will come from a solid Data Analyst background, team focused and eager to learn new systems and processes.

The Role:

• Work with senior management to the wider data team to design, generate and manage data reports and insights to the wider business.
• Capture requirements and test solutions.
• Provide support to key stakeholders with report understanding and interpretations.
• Reporting analysis planning, scope, size estimating effort and data visualisation.
• Manage specific data platform license requirements.

The Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent research and analytic skills.
• Good working knowledge of data management methods.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, or other data manipulation and reporting tools.
• Strong data visualisation toolset experience: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik sense or similar.
• Full UK Right to work; no sponsorship options available.

The Overview:

• Up to £48,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Fulltime permanent position.
• Flexible hybrid role: 2-3 days in office.
• Hatfield, Hertfordshire office.
