Retail Application Support Analyst (ERP/POS/Reporting) (Permanent)
Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: £35k per annum + benefits
Retail Application Support Analyst is required by our industry leading retail sector client.
In this role you will be working in a dynamic and fast paced team providing 2nd Line Support to a wide range of users and systems.
The systems and applications you will be supporting include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including Warehousing, Logistics, Purchase Orders, Finance and Reporting/BI as well as users of POS and Till systems globally.
For this role it is essential that you have the following qualities and experience:-
- Application support experience within a Retail/Supply Chain environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the various modules and business processes of a retail/supply chain ERP solution. For example Dynamics 365 Business Central, although this is not essential as you will be trained to learn this state of the art Microsoft ERP.
- A focus and dedication to customer focus and service
- The ability to adapt and learn new skills and techniques in a dynamic and fast changing environment
- The ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work 2/3 days per week on-site in Bristol but also 2/3 days per week from home. You must also be able to travel on occasions when required.
