EU Data Act Business Analyst - Bracknell (3 days a week on-site)

£555 per day Inside IR35 via Umbrella company

Must live within commuting distance of Bracknell

Our client a global manufacturing organisation within the EU is seeking an experienced Data Act Business Analyst to assist in the workstream documenting systems, processes and Data flows relating to the new EU Data Act regulation to be implemented by September 2025.

Key skills:

  • Previous IT Data Act and or GDPR experience essential.
  • Connected Services or IOT experience
  • Experience and understanding of ISO standards
  • Understanding of Compliance and Data Regulation.
  • Analysing and documenting systems, processes, and data flows that support connected (IoT) products and services across all business divisions (product lines).
  • Mapping current processes and data flows to identify gaps and new data flows or system requirements to comply with EU Data Act regulation.
  • Working with business product owners as well as external suppliers to define and document system and functional requirements for development of solutions that enable compliance with EU Data Act regulation.
  • Experience as business or system analyst involved in projects for compliance with data regulations such as GDPR will be essential.
  • Knowledge and understanding of connected (IoT) products and services including how data is generated, managed.
