Workday Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: London-hybrid Country: UK Rate: £330 per day
 

Are you a talented Business Analyst with a passion for Human Resources and expertise in Workday? Are you ready to make a significant impact in the banking sector? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our leading banking client on an initial 6-month contract basis.

As a Business Analyst specializing in HR and Workday, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the integration process. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze existing HR systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and devise strategies for aligning them with the new Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough analysis of HR systems, processes, and data to identify gaps and inefficiencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Develop detailed project plans and timelines for system integration and data migration.

Configure and customize Workday modules to meet the organization's HR and payroll needs.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong background in Human Resources with expertise in HR processes, policies, and systems.

Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) platform, including configuration and customization.
