Costello & Reyes Group has been engaged by our client, a Defence contractor to identify an SC cleared Migration Consultant with a strong background in Defence services who is able to bring works streams back online. This would be for an initial period of 16 - 24 months due to its size and nature.
In order to be considered you MUST be SC cleared and be:
Able to focus on Programme Delivery/Mission Success.
Able to understand, transition and role out new tech stacks.
Able to motivate positive change at all levels.
Able to draw on a wealth of experience at operating at 3* level along with board members.
Able to demnstrate excellent written and oral communication skills with aptitude for delivering high quality documentation.
Able to share previous experience in how they have created New Workplace environments.
Able to manage a number of global SI firms that have vested interests in the Programmes success.
Able to understand and coordinate departments that dal with End user services.
Able to build new teams from existing and new consultants.
This will require a maximum of three days a week initially on site in Wiltshire so as to build up relationships, thereafter depending on the foreseen need.
YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST SC CLEARANCE TO BE CONSIDERED.
