Are you a seasoned Salesforce Security Engineer looking for your next exciting opportunity? Look no further! We're seeking a talented individual to join our client's team to working on a 12 month project.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust operational and security monitoring systems for Salesforce environments. Your duties will include implementing Privileged Access Management (PAM) mechanisms, developing security policies and controls, and serving as the go-to person for all things related to Salesforce security.

Main Duties:

  • Establish and maintain appropriate operational and security monitoring and alerting mechanisms for Salesforce environments, including logging and security incident event monitoring.
  • Implement Privileged access Management (PAM) mechanisms to monitor and control the use of Privileged access within the Salesforce environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Salesforce security within the organization.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorised access within the Salesforce environment.
  • Work closely with Architect to design and configure security features and controls in Salesforce, such as role-based access controls (RBAC), data encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • During warranty/hypercare period: Participate in security incident response activities, including incident triage, investigation, and resolution for Salesforce security incidents.

Skills, knowledge & experience

  • Experience in Salesforce security administration and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing security monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) mechanisms.
