Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a ServiceNow Architect to be based in their client's office in Luton, UK.

This is a Hybrid role and you will be able to work some days remotely.

This is a 6-Month temporary contract to start ASAP.

Day rate: Competitative Market rate

Role Description

The ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and driving strategic transformational change of solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow the Best Practices and Standards/Guidelines of ServiceNow.
  • Participate in the Technical and Strategic board discussion.
  • Evaluate an organization's business needs and determine how ServiceNow supports their IT needs.
  • Gather, document, and create solution proposals throughout the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Transform ideas into tangible solutions.
  • Provide industry-standard architectural viewpoints and solutions.
  • Adopt a customer-focused approach to work and translate complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies.

Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • 7 to 10 years experienced in various ServiceNow Platform and modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro) and Integrations Implementations and Support
  • Excellent technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Very good knowledge and experience in using ServiceNow ITSM Integration and ITOM, ITAM(HAM & SAM Pro), CSDM
  • Preferred to possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology or trainable in this area.
  • Ability to design a ServiceNow architecture that satisfies a client's requirements
  • Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies

Person Specification

  • Certified in ServiceNow - CSA, CIS ITSM, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Event Mgmt., CIS - HAM and CIS SAM.
