  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the team as an HR and Payroll Assistant.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • This position requires a strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Generate and maintain HR and payroll reports for management as needed.
  • Provide data and reports for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Effectively communicate with employees regarding HR and payroll-related matters.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address HR and payroll issues.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of HR and payroll records.
  • Assist in maintaining a secure and confidential HR filing system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR and/or payroll assistant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll processes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
