Our leading client is seeking a specialist SuccessFactors Project manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. You will lead and manage the rollout, ensuring the project's adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your role will encompass planning, executing, and closing the SuccessFactors project while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and vendors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and initiation.
  • Project Execution and control
  • Vendor Management
  • Change Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Post Implementation.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with multinational organisations on global implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of integration between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects/deployments .
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, and Recruiting is essential.
  • Project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
