Programme Director (Contract)
Location: England Country: UK Rate: £900 per day + Outside IR35, Hybrid Working
 

Transformation Programme Director | 900+ Outside IR35 | 6-12 months contract | Hybrid

I am excited to be working with a leading Organisation who are seeking a Programme Director to oversee and support their change function.

About the role:

  • Work collaboratively to identify and agree a change agenda, business cases and define delivery structures and end to end plans to achieve the agreed business outcomes and benefits.
  • Working on the new Policy Administration System, Pricing Engine and Data Warehousing.
  • Successfully understand complex business challenges and understand interconnected strategy and identify and develop opportunities for change to support delivery of strategy.
  • Help to challenge and evolve business strategy, processes, and procedures to support agreed changes.
  • Work within a Matrix structure maintaining close links with key stakeholders and colleagues to support the delivery.

About you:

  • Strong experience within the Insurance space will be essential for this role.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure that the change initiative can successfully achieve the strategic vision.
  • To work with the other change programmes and projects to ensure that dependencies are understood and appropriately prioritised and planned.
  • Support and challenge the thinking to ensure that the agreed change plan is appropriately funded and resourced.
  • Anticipate and manage escalations to ensure that adequate and timely outcomes are agreed.
