Change Manager/Change Management Lead - Product/Data - Enterprise Scale - Digital Transformation

Are you a dynamic Change Manager looking to make a significant impact in a fast moving, UK Renowned, values driven organisation with an excellent culture that is going places?

This £1Bn UK Organisation with a reputation for excellence and innovation, urgently require a talented Change Manager to help them develop their Product & Data capability further into the next stage of their transformation and evolution as a business.

Experience Required:

  • Change Management - Enterprise Scale (Product and Data)
  • Proven experience in managing large transitions & change programmes.
  • Business Readiness - With Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Key Stakeholder engagement, Communication & Influence - Exceptional business partnering, negotiation and relationship-building skills to foster partnerships and collaboration.
  • Experience in working in Technology or Product organisation is a plus.
